I just had a windows internet explorer warning box pop up on my computer that says my computer is infected. On the page behind the box it listed 5 viruses with a link to start protection(see below). I have McAfee Security on my PC but when I tried to close the box another one popped up asking if I'm sure I want to navigate away from the page because my system is at risk of crash. you likely have scare ware and wont damage your system because it not a virus, per se.. but is a malware nevertheless. the question is how are the messages being generated on your system. it might be software that you installed recently or is your browser hijacked?
